Orders are generally processed and shipped the same day that they are received, as long as we receive the order by 12:00 PM (EST) and we have the product in stock. Orders submitted after this time will most likely not be shipped until the following business day.

All orders are shipped by Fedex unless otherwise requested. Your package should arrive in 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. These time frames are not guaranteed and may change depending on the speed of the International Postal Service.

FedEx shipments are insured for the stated value of the package contents.

Every effort is made to ensure the timely shipping of all packages from CME’s facilities. Once the package has been placed with a shipping company, Clavel Music Entreprise has no control over the package and is not responsible for delays or loss that may occur. All claims for remuneration or loss due to a delay or loss of a shipped item should be directed to the shipping carrier.

Countries within the EU,  orders will be shipped via Mondial Relay. Other European countries, orders will be shipped via Fedex Europe or TNT.  ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be shipped via FedEx international. This allows us to track your package more accurately. Therefore, your shipping cost may vary from the amount quoted on the website. PLEASE NOTE: Per our policy, international orders cannot be shipped out until the order is complete. If there are back orders in your order, we will hold the order until the order is completely fulfilled.
